Wholesale and International Orders


Local or Global

Our wholesale program supplies businesses that are interested in distributing BNatrl Products within a local market. It is ideal for providing people within your community access without the delays or shipping costs of individual online orders.

Wholesale orders are easily set up for shipping addresses within the United States and Canada but we also work with distributor from any country. We would welcome any honest proposal and be happy to work with you for the possibility of an export of our excellent products.

Pricing information and other details are provided to approved wholesalers. Eligible wholesalers include businesses such as health food stores and home businesses. To become an approved wholesaler, please send your name, contact information, and a 2-3 sentence overview of your distribution plan to sales@bnatrl.com We will reply to eligible candidates within one week.

Additional information about BNatrl’s International Policy

Orders shipping to the United States or Canada are considered “domestic” and our International Policy does not apply.  
For orders shipping into any other country, our International Policy applies.  We are pleased to offer International shipping at this time, however potential import/export complications require these policies:

BNatrl is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. You are responsible for any and all duties, taxes or fees incurred by Customs, or any of that countries laws or regulations. If necessary for BNatrl to obtain any certificate or registration, we can do that but the importer will pay upfront to BNatrl for BNatrl to make that registration or obtain necessary license. That expense will be included in the order. All orders ship from United States

 

If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, please note that you remain responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees.

 

We ship with Internationally recognized courier and postal services (you can choose which one during checkout; examples include FedEx, UPS, and USPS, or agreed upon shipping agent), but we cannot guarantee what will happen once your package leaves the United States. If an order becomes lost or damaged after it leaves the United States, BNatrl is not responsible for providing refunds or replacement products. We will do all we can to assist you in your conversation with local couriers, but cannot guarantee safe delivery if third-party local couriers become involved. When selecting a courier during checkout (eg. FedEx, UPS, USPS), we suggest choosing an option with a local depot or a strong delivery history within your region. Tracking information is sent to your email address as soon as it becomes available when your package leaves the warehouse.

While we have an excellent track record of delivering personal-sized orders (12 items or less) around the world, we cannot predict the actions of your country's border agencies or local delivery services. For further information, please call 650 889 6900
